“This is a charming home in a convenient downtown area. Spacious yet warmly decorated, with a comfortable king bed (the only one we utilized), and a nice kitchen, with cozy sitting area. Owner was kind & quick to respond. Definitely recommended!”

Our family enjoyed all the amenities that the property offered; foosball showdowns at least twice daily, music with a great ambience of the screened in porch, fire pit, grilling, coffee on the deck near the river, fishing nearby, friendly neighbor ducks and dogs. The cabins were easily accessible and very clean. Alex made sure we had everything we needed without even having to ask. And he made it known to reach out if we needed anything and was very quick at responding to……

“The house itself was gorgeous and clean. Unfortunately the pool was unuseable, which we wete not told. But over all our stay was wonderful. We loved sitting on the decks and seeing the deer every night. I will rent from him again”

“This property is excellent for what it is. It's clean, comfortable, and close to downtown, which was perfect for us! We were able to bring our dog, and there were enough queen beds for the family. It's not a place where you'd host Thanksgiving (the kitchen is fine but small), but for a convenient, comfortable stay, this is a good choice! We enjoyed our weekend in this cute house.”

We had one issue with the property description not being accurate as far as how many beds were available. I contacted Mark, he offered a few solutions and corrected the description on VRBO for the future. I would recommend this property.”

“The house had everything it described, was very spacious and clean. The major downside was NO Wi-Fi that was a surprise ad never said it had it but in 2025 I guess you just automatically assumed it would have it. We did have a situation with a wasp infestation but I contacted the owner and she had someone out within literally 20 minutes to take care of it. We then had to call her again because the air conditioning went out and again she had her son in law come out immediately, unfortunately he……

“Nice place. Had everything my son and I needed for a few nights' stay. Far better than a hotel. Allows you to be able to purchase groceries instead of eating out every meal. I would recommend staying here if you have 2-3 people.”
