“Beautiful area to stay. I will agree that there is no place to put your luggage “no closet” but for a short getaway who cares. We had a great time and very relaxing balcony with amazing viewJust to be a little picky the room smelt like someone cooked with cooking oil and the sent never left the room. Also one of the bricks on the bottom fire place keeps falling down needs reattached. ”

“Great location just off the main strip in Sevierville, so it's convenient to most of the attractions in the area. Neighborhood also seems nice and fairly quiet. Apartment has most of the things we needed, and plenty of bed space. Also a massive kitchen Biggest issues we had were a lack of cleaning supplies and there were a few kitchen tools we needed, like a corkscrew and scissors.”

“This is an amazing place to vacation! We give it 5 stars! Here’s the pros and cons:Pros:- Beautiful view of the mountains- Hot tub on the deck with a mountain view- Central AC!- Dog friendly!- Very, very clean!- Full kitchen- Laundry soap, dish soap, bathroom/shower soaps and towels provided (it was sooo nice to have laundry on site)Cons (but would not keep us from booking again):- No campfire area :( - No yard space for dogs- Up a very steep and windy road, but needed to get that Mountain……

“Was very underwhelmed, pictures on the listing were perfect but that was far from what the stay started off as. When checked in and first viewing the listing the home had not been cleaned. I immediately reached out to the host who said “it was a scheduling misunderstanding”, I can say the were quick to get someone out the clean, there were bugs which we don’t know where they were coming from. There was mold in the AC which we asked the host to make sure the cleaners attended to but that request……

“In the middle of downtown Maryville. Shops, restaurants and night life just a step away. Grocery and other shops just a short drive from apartment. Place was clean and had all the amenities of home. Full kitchen, living area and private bathroom make it great for longer stays. Host responded in minutes thru the app and text and was always positive. Also loved that parking was free and right across the street.”

“We have three adults who come to at least one UT football game each year, and we have explored various hotel options. This time we tried this property from VRBO, and it was perfect. It was spacious and comfortable. We were able to walk to the game. Also, it was nice having all of us in the same location.”

“Loved the location. Loved to balcony. Loved the beds & 3 baths. Disappointed the elevator was out of order as we were traveling with our 80 year old mom who has trouble walking and had to walk up 4 flights of stairs. One bedroom stayed pretty warm.”
