"Love staying here as you can walk to Market Square or Gay Street where all the restaurants are. Don't like that they charge you $35 a day to self park. We found out that you can park at the Locust Street garage next door and paid $7 for a week day, all day and it is free on the weekends. So save ..."

"Loved the river behind the property but I did not get my “river view” king that I booked. My view was of a tree. This happens a lot when I book through Expedia. The clerks always say they cannot always honor what their party bookers promote. 🙄"

"Place is small, no frill just basic hotel. However, the room was clean, bedding was nice, decor is ok. Everything worked. Hot water was really hot! Which is great. It looks like they are trying to upgrade things. Would stay again just not for more than 2 nights. No pool."

"This property has it all. Everything we could think of, they have. It was perfect for a large group. 12 was in our party, but it can accommodate 18. There was two of everything, haha. Perfect location and perfect view of the mountains and downtown Gatlinburg."
