“The location was perfect for our trip. Branford is a very quaint town with lots to see and great places to eat. We came back to CT from SC for our son's wedding on the shore by the ocean and a baby shower at Stony Creek Brewery. This cottage is in the perfect location and has huge potential! It is definitely a diamond in the rough.Thank you so much for providing the chocolates, croissants, butter, coffee and flavored creamers. It is definitely a thoughtful touch. “Very comfortable rockers and Adirondack chairs make it easy to relax and enjoy the lake view. Our bed was comfortable, and Nile supplied all we needed with linens and soaps. “A great house to rent. Great location on coastal Madison. Near shops and restaurants.The house is in excellent clean condition. It is obvious that the kitchen and 3 bathrooms have been recently redone in upscale fashion. The location is very private with large manicured yard.Also impressive is all the supplies the host offers in the house. For example they do not skimp on household needs like laundry detergent, paper products of every type, cooking supplies, coffee pods, soap bars and……

“So the listing said house number 26 but it's really 25. So we circled the block a few times. Then the key was not in the key safe. Called the owner who apologized profusely. Had to wait a half hour for the key. Not ideal. Otherwise ok. ”

“My best friend and I wanted to get out of the city with our pups for a long weekend, and this was absolutely the perfect place to do that! Robert was accommodating, kind, and quick to respond. And the neighborhood/community is adorable, friendly, and low key. Being literally steps from the beach was beyond amazing, and being able to sit on the front patio and get the breeze/view was unmatched! Can’t wait to come back again! ”

“We rented this place for the first time for a family gathering. The setting was very private and “country-ish”. For the most part everything listed was present at the place and there were enough sleeping options for our crew. Overall - the owners were nice and fairly responsive but there was a level of disappointment to the care of the property and more importantly the preparedness for our arrival. They said the pool and hot tub were cleaned and ready but the pool was still dirty and the hot tub……
