“Communication before check-in was great. Check-in was super easy. Directions given were spot on. House was perfect for 4 adults. Plenty of room for cooking and playing games. We did have to buy pots to cook in as there was not a lot of options in the kitchen. Neighborhood is located with easy access to most places we wanted to go. Use caution going to closest grocery and Dollar General stores, especially after dark. Cooper-Young Neighborhood was a cute neighborhood a few blocks away with some……

“We were there for the St. Jude Marathon weekend. This house is a very easy commute to Beale St, St. Jude, convention center, and other places to visit. The house was clean,updated, and had just about everything we needed for a 4-day stay. The contact was very responsive to issues getting into the house (related to coded access) and fixed the problem within a few short minutes. The bathroom sink in the back left room (when looking at the house) was leaking. The contact offered to send someone……
