“Bellboy 和服務生的態度都非常不好，他們聽見你叫他仍然會沒有反應。另外，我們的房間很像住在工人房。原因是道路太迂迴，不停往下層走，而我們的樓層是只有我們一個單位，而且往房間的通道大門是很像防煙門，完全離開正常的走廊房間。感覺非常不好”

“Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Es gab alles was das Herz begehrt. Wer hier nicht satt wird, ist selbst schuld. Das Bett war bequem. Die Aussicht (DG) toll. Einzige Manko war der Einstieg bzw. Ausstieg aus der Dusche: ist für kleinere Menschen schwierig wegen Rutschgefahr (Economy Zimmer). Aber alles soweit sauber. Sehr nettes Personal. Spa- und Fitnessbereich nicht getestet, da ich zu spät angereist war.”

“Komfortable Zimmer, ruhig im Hotel und auch außerhalb. Hotel sieht ziemlich neu aus. Alles war sauber. Nur mein Handtuch hatte paar Löscher und beim Frühstück währe es schön gewesen nicht nur normale Weizenbrötchen, sondern auch Mehrkornbrötchen zu haben. ”

“The hotel is on the hill side and 10~15 min walk from Mainz HBF. If you walk from station with heavy luggage, it will not be a good idea. The room size is big, however the view outside is not that attractive.”

“das Konzept der dusche sollte überdacht werden, da zwar an einer Seite glas ist, aber dann nur ein billiger dünner Duschvorhang, was erstens immer ne Überschwemmung macht und eine echt ressourcenverschwendung entsteht, weil dadurch jeden taq neue Handtücher braucht ”

“Location is within walking distance to the train station, making it easy to visit Frankfurt for example. Disappointed at the services of the receptionist and a woman staff who preferred to avoid eye contacts and clearing the breakfast dishes. Her attitude improved the next morning but still left a bad taste. ”

“Geweldig verblijf gehad in dit hotel. Zeer vriendelijk personeel bij de receptie en meer dan hond vriendelijke. Onze honden wilde na de eerste dag al niet meer de lift in voordat ze hallo hadden gezegd tegen het personeel. Ook de studio was zeer goed. Ruim van opzet, netjes, weinig geluid van buiten. We komen zeker nog een keer terug. ”
