“The house and grounds really met our needs for a fun, comfortable stay. Would certainly contact them first next time we are in the area. In all communications before, during and after they were spot on. They also contacted me before I got home to let me know we left a Kindle and it was in the mail back to me, the very next day!!!”

“Very charming, clean and comfortable. The bathroom can be a challenge for elderly people, particularly the shower. However, the owner is aware. Overall great place. This was our second stay so it is definitely somewhere we would stay again.”

“The bungalow was as described and pictured. It was very clean and tastefully decorated. Darryl was extremely responsive to questions. Although a third person could stay I would say it is more suited for couples. We have a small SUV and the parking was a little tight. We were able to maneuver with no problem but it might would be a challenge with a larger SUV (?). The location is great as we’re able to walk to Main Street and see the sights. Very close to downtown Mount Airy as well. Very pleased……

“This is an absolute gem! The owners have created a slice of heaven on earth. The cabin is fully stocked with anything you could possibly require (which is over and above). It is comfortable, spotless, quiet, unique, rustic, fun and in a gorgeous location with activities all around. We plan on coming every year!”

“The property is super cool and unique! Sitting out on the deck was amazing.....surrounded by nature....family of swans, blue heron, and even some deer across the stream.The inside couch is a worn and covered in blankets to hide the wear and tear.....other than that the place was clean.If you plan on using the hot tub, i would recommend bringing extra towels. There are 6 bath towels (small bath towels), but no extras for the hot tub if 6 guests are staying.All in All.....great place! Would……
