“Better to have direction for car rental. We walked back to airport to find the car rental desk, Actually, it is the opposite to the hotel. ”

“Very good location for Edinburgh airport. Our room was quiet as we were in the last room at the back away from the lifts and the rooms above the bar. Managed to find a trolley at the hotel, so we could easily transport our 3 massive suitcases to the terminal.”

“Little things would make a difference . I chose pay later , the full amount was taken with in days not months as exprected. 1 hand towel ! 2 people 3 days !! When requested it was supplied , shouldn’t have had to ask. 3 coffee sachets per day , 2 people ? Beautiful property Scottish castle style , above average accommodations, breakfast buffet. Great. Dinner menu. Burgers !!! Very disappointing . American tourists catered for . We therefore didn’t stay for dinner. 3 nights elsewhere . ……

“Terrific place to stay. Well organised, well run. Alan was very friendly and couldn’t be more helpful. There were nice little touches, such as facial wipes, cotton pads and ear buds left out for guests. We had a lovely breakfast, great accommodation and had a really nice stay.”

“Reception welcome was very good . Room was very good ,nice and comfortable. Restaurant for dinner was very pleasant. Breakfast was shocking ,we were seated, waiter wanted our hot drinks order and hot food order ( we had only sat down and haven't even seen the menu). We waited a long time for our hot order to be taken ,in fact 2 clients stopped the waitress to give there order .We went for fruit and cereal, while awaiting our hot order. Hot order came and our finished cold food plates were……

“Very friendly rooms above pub slap bang in the main street. Pretty laid back and jiust came and went as we pleased. Cat and all the staff were very friendly and helpful to us. Bar was great for a few drinks and the town is great with friendly people everywhere. Big bonus was Vale of Leithen won :-)”
