“bed was good. No staff available, office shut kiosk check in only with printer broken and screen dirty. Had to ring and leave message 3 times to try and get a tax invoice as travelling for work.”

“A great location and a wonderful room for the price. We thought the cabin was 12 months old or so because it is in such good nic and really clean, but apparently it's much older. With BBQ are just across from the cabin and a twin plate cooker in the room if you want to cook. There is also the option of a courtesy bus to the Catalina Club which was suggested to us by the wonderful management. The management were friendly, helpful, courteous and very accommodating. Don't overlook this property……

“The "seamless" no-contact check-in procedure was not seamless. We could not enter our Australian post code into the pre-registration form nor our Australian phone number. We called and they took the number over the phone and said they would send us to code to get in the room by 11:00 the day of. By 11:30, we had to call again to remind them. They were friendly, but if you're going to use contactless check-in, then you should make sure it works, and not have the customer contact you again to……
