“The location is close to ocean! Nice to hace pool on site. Close enough to many restaurants and tshirt shops. Close to Broadway ar the beach and Barefoot Landing. Close to Walmart. Slept so good! Multiple bathrooms was nice to have. Host respnded very quickly!respond”

“The cottage was very well kept. It was very comfortable clean, and the owner was a pleasure to work with. The price was very reasonable.”

“Online it's saying that eight people can sleep there, but actually six people only can sleep comfortably. No living/ dining room, no table to eat at, we all had to stand and eat because they don't have table for dining. The dryer did not dry and we had to dry our clothes/ towels outside. Manager communication was not good, did not respond to any of my calls or texts. the location is good.”

“Our family came down for Spring Break and Easter! The cottage is clean, well stocked, and fit our family perfectly. The location of the property is great! We will definitely be back. ”

“We go annually for the F-Body Beach Bash and this was our first time staying at this location. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here with our adult children, access to the beach was wonderful and a quick walk. Communication with the owner was wonderful, he was quick to respond for any questions we might have. Would recommend this home to others. ”

“Bobby's place is in a great spot on the beach and was perfect for our group of 7 golfers. Great deck with plenty of furniture to enjoy a cocktail and the view of the ocean.Plus he provided excellent weather for us as well!!! Thank you!!”

“House was clean and full of pretty much anything you could need to enjoy a vacation near the beach and on a river. The owners clearly want you to enjoy a stress free stay. The bath tub is a dream and my husband enjoyed sitting out on the screen porch at night with the owls. All of us managed to catch a fish or two and the pups patrolled the yard. We hope to be back soon! ”

“Great location, clean and comfy. The only thing I would suggest they do is place parking signs in front of the parking spaces. It was hard to find due to the fact we arrived at night. We had a great stay and would do so again. ”
