“Nice Hotel but since price doubled, last Feb we paid about $100/ni, now $200/ni off season, will go back to Grand Cayman Resort about half the price. We liked being able to charge our EV on the 4th & above floors at Avista but the $10 in KWH energy usage didn't offset the huge price increase.”

“My 9-day stay was very good. The daily cleaning service was unexpected but appreciated. The Breakfast Bar was clean, well maintained and the food was beyond my expectations. Only WIFI was a challenge, I'd attribute this the current upgrades the hotel is performing. Bottom line, I would recommend the Fairfield and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.”
