“We loved our stay here! It’s a basement rental, but was private and set up perfectly. It was clean, had just the right items, and we loved how close it was to the beach. I highly recommend it and would stay here again. ”

“The property was easy to find but the room took a minute. We had to drive around and figure out where the pool was and what it was called. A map would make it easier to find. The condo was gorgeous and very spacious. The second bedroom air wasn’t working and it was VERY hot in that room. I called on our second day to get it fixed and no one ever called me back or came to try and fix it. My son ended up sleeping terribly because of the heat. The check out procedure and what needs to be done is……

“The place was spacious, cozy and clean. It was located very close to the beaches and walking distance to sound. The owners were prompt in their communication and very nice. The place has everything we needed and the bed was very comfortable. The best part is they thought of everything, from towels, beach chairs, bikes, and well place outlets to charge up electronics! The internet was strong too! We will definitely stay again if we return to the OBX.”

“Enjoyed the stay on a quick trip down to OBX. House was as advertised and overall a good value. Owner/manager was very good communicator. A few things of note. Kitchen is very small, only one cook please! Below the house, there is very little privacy at all from the neighbors hot tub and the restaurant next door. If you like your privacy, taking a shower downstairs will have you watching the neighbors in their hot tub. This could be easily solved by adding another two feet to the shower walls……
