“Nostalgia is one of the best hotels we stay in China for the last 3 weeks that we have been travelling in China. Our family room was clean and has a mini bar with drinks and yogurts that were free, The hotel has thoughfully included items that are free to offer to guests from arrival with afternoon tea and supper, during stay wirh band-aids, hair bands, disinfectant tissues, masks, shoe cleaning cloth, earbuds, dental floss, microwave, coffee and teas. “Mingdu Hotel in Kumming, China did not fulfill the advertised free shuttle pick up from the airport. Their contention was that it was an advertisement by a third party, i.e. Hotel.com was not authorized to offer free airport shuttle in its offer. After settling this issue verbally at check out, Hotel Mingdu informed that we had left without paying for the free airport pick up as advertised.”
