“I got extremely lucky with the weather for my stay. The cabin offered outdoor seating so i got to enjoy the sun and the wind. At night, the hanging lights created a warm friendly environment and provided ample light for night fishing. ”

“Pros: Cute, complete kitchen, keurig with pods, clean bedding, plush bath towels, large frig & stove, tvs in every room, nice deck and outside fire place. Cons: sulfur water smell, tank needs sanitized? Dusty coffee maker, with leftover used pod in it. When futon opened, dog hair/food in crease. Wish there was a gate key box to leave gate key in when leaving. Otherwise very clean and over exceeded my 'glamping' needs. Fun! Thank you.”

“Charlies Place is a super clean, lovely little home across the street from a private little beach. We kayak, so to be able to walk across the street to put in was a bonus. Bren is very communicative host and provides plenty of towels and kitchen supplies. There is a washer and dryer available as well. The neighborhood is quiet and neighbors are friendly as well! Will for sure book Charlies Place in the future.”

“We 5 longtime girlfriends (from our college days in the 1960s) used this pastoral setting to meet for 4 days on our annual reunion. It was as near perfection as we could have hoped for. “Needed to bring the dogs along with us on this trip so we were looking for a place for 6 adults and 2 large dogs and this place was perfect. Very clean, well equipped, and a great yard for the dogs. The porch is great for sitting and enjoying the relaxed atmosphere. Highly recommend.”
