“We enjoyed our stay very much and found this to be a perfect spot for a quick Labor Day Weekend getaway. Clean and cozy, with plenty of space for our family to spread out. We especially enjoyed sitting on the porch and relaxing. The fireworks over the lake on Sunday evening were an added bonus. Exactly what we were looking for! ”

“We loved the peace and quiet of this property. The house was beautiful inside and out. We thoroughly enjoyed hiking to the river and the scenic views. We do wish we had known about the two small cabins along the driveway that seem to be a part of the same property that also had guests at them. We did not interact with them and there is a small set of trees between the hosues firepit and theirs but it would have been nice to know up front. ”

“Very nice place. More than enough space for our family of six. There were more than enough games, consoles and TVs to keep us occupied when not outside. The house was clean and well taken care of. The book of house instructions was helpful; something I wish more VRBO rentals provided. Had fun feeding the deer. Didn't see any bear this year.”

“The property was inviting as was the neighborhood, with its friendly deer and even a bear one morning checking out a garbage bin. The central location made for easy driving to other Poconos attractions. We enjoyed using the 2-person hot tub in the evenings. The owner was helpful with our questions. I did miss having more basics included in the kitchen, like coffee, creamer, etc. Overall, a very good experience and I would recommend the house to other travelers. ”
