“The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the upkeep of the property is phenomenal. Lodge is walking distance from the ferries to Martha’s Vineyard, so it’s extremely convenient. Can’t wait to stay here again!”

“We stayed one night to catch the morning ferry to Martha's Vineyard. Check-in was easy and the staff in the office were friendly and helpful. The room had a comfy king bed and everything we needed. The bathroom could use some spiffing up. Location was great, an easy walk to restaurants on the water and shopping/dining in downtown Falmouth. The cost was reasonable. We'd come back to the Town & Beach when traveling to MV. ”

“This is an amazing property. It is my second stay there… The staff are just lovely. The room was very quiet and had everything we needed. They do provide beach towels and beach chairs complementary should you need them. They do not have a place to store your luggage. Should you arrive early or depart late. They keep it in the lobby and it is definitely watched by the staff for your security. This hotel is a short walk to Oak Bluff, shopping and restaurants and steps to the beach I will be……

“I gave an overall rating of 4 because my room was so small, I was totally miserable. This Queen ocean view room, in the older part of the hotel is not worth the rate of over $550 per night. I regret not reserving a king room. I definitely will not make that mistake again. The property itself is an ideal place to stay.”
