“We stayed here on a recent visit for a baseball tournament. The location was great for walking visits to campus and convenient to Fayetteville and surrounding area! Loved the comfortable clean accommodations and enjoyed the yard and views from the property! Tournament was rained out having a perfect place to hang out made it a fun get away for all of us! Would definitely stay here again! ”

“The property was very clean and cute. It is exactly as described. It is close to the downtown area of Eureka Springs, but far out enough to enjoy peace and quiet. The back deck is cozy and nestled in the tress. Saw many deer playing in the woods. The treehouse had everything we needed. Host was very attentive and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed or if there were any issues. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area!”

“To start off. One of the reviews had me think a bit. But all the others were great so I knew this was someone that’s not a lake person for sure. The house was perfect. Very very clean. My wife and I and 3 boys 20 years old. My other son and his wife here just for the day on the lake. We stayed 2 nights. The boys absolutely loved the monopoly game till like 4 in the morning. The lake cove was just awesome. The pontoon boat swim deck was the bomb. 15 feet deep right off the back of the deck. Water……

“Wonderful property, unfortunately the weather hindered our stay quite a bit as the roads to get there are very treacherous in the snow,. That said, the property was wonderful and the property neighbors were wonderfully friendly in helping us get situated on the property. Would absolutely stay here again in the summer months ”
