“Annual Fall Antique Show! The best of both worlds. The show venue is literally minutes away but a world away in terms of quiet peaceful seclusion. This lodging gives a great access to The Big Red Barn, Blue Hills, etc. It is spacious, clean and comfortable. The grounds are impeccably maintained with towering trees and flowers. It is the quintessential Round Top rural landscape.The hostess was very keen to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Very quick with responses to questions.”

"multiple cockroaches are everywhere in my room. Best estimates I would say I have seen 10-15. They are small, moving around fast. They went into my food so I have to trash it. Such a nasty hotel room is a symbol of, I don’t know what to say precisely, nightmare. I hardly recall I had this kind of room experience before. The breakfast is most nothing. Building is old. "
