“This was the greatest house and we loved the game barn. It was just as advertised. My kids had a blast. We even played some of the games that were in the living room. The kitchen is very well stocked and the grill worked great. This place was amazing!!”

“We were underwhelmed by the home. On the positive, lovely historic home in great proximity to everything. Negative, house smells of pet urine, carpets had urine stains, kitchen floor was disgusting, utensils needed to be washed before using, dishwasher had food in the bottom. No dish washer detergent was provided. The back porch needs power washing and repair. There is no hot tub or jetted tub as advertised. It is a duplex… not a single family home ”

“Stayed for a long weekend with my Cousin and his wife to check out Cape Charles. The house was cozy and very workable e.g. kitchen etc. Ate out some but also cooked a meal or 2. House is close to many restaurants and shopping for wives. Beds were especially comfortable and walk in shower great for us oldies.”

“Our second time staying at the house. We absolutely love the property and all its surrounding wildlife. Enjoyed spending time hiking, fishing, crabbing, and watching eagles flying over the water. The house is clean and well stocked, and the game room is a great place to spend time in the evenings or rainy days. The hosts are attentive and helpful. Looking forward to visiting again!”

“This was exactly what I was looking for. The Property is very private and the yard surrounding the house was huge. I found it comfortable and cozy. Randy was very accommodating and asked that you respected his property and clean up after yourself and your pets which is to be expected were I come from, a small ask. He had plenty to offer. The private dock and water access was perfect and being able to us his canoes and kayaks was a very nice extra. One of my favorite things was the very large……

“This house is nicely decorated and well appointed. The kitchen is fully furnished with all the necessary equipment and plate ware. The furniture is comfortable and high quality. The garages are also equipped with beach equipment, games, and an excellent golf cart (extra fee for use).”
