“Nice house i would stay again”

“We loved staying at this house, it had more than enough space for two families. Our kids loved the game room, bunk beds and fireplace. They also enjoyed the resort pool though it was a surprise that kids under 7 couldn’t use the hot tub. The house had everything we needed and the host was the sweetest. We hope to stay again!”

“A bit disappointed. Hot tub was broken, something we had to discover after arrival. There was no soap or shampoo in any of the showers, and there was no tissue paper anywhere, little things that would have made our stay more comfortable. The main floor is great but all the bathrooms need updating.”

“Our family loves BBR and the experience of being on the property is incredible - the pools, courts, recreation, etc. While this rental was just fine / mediocre, we feel obligated to warn future renters that this place is certainly NOT luxurious as marketed on the listing. It's very old, dated, in need of MANY repairs, the kitchen is not well stocked, etc. When paying $1K+ per night you'd expect there to be paper towels and tissues, but this place did not have any. The outdoor speakers do not……
