“The hosts were amazing - shared their experience of moving out that way and let us enjoy the reward of their hard work. Suzanne and her husband were great hosts, so kind, and she was very responsive. That porch view with a cup of coffee in the morning - I just don't have the words. The only noise at 6:30 a.m. were the bird songs, just beautiful. We were house hunting and yet every time we drove up after a long day with our real estate agent, it felt like home. “We stayed for a work retreat. It was a beautiful quiet property. Plenty of seating indoor and out. Close to shopping if you forgot something yet you feel like you are in the middle of nowhere. Kitchen is very well stocked. Hosts are very responsive. Already planning to be here next year. You should visit the Three Roots Boutique Tea Room in Gladewater. What a great place!”
