“Great location mid island, outdoor space was a really nice perk to the quaint room and bathroom was a good size. Loved having a fridge, microwave and TV for unwinding at the end of the day and the complimentary beach chairs were so great. Patricia is responsive and super helpful, we’ll definitely be back!! ”

“We loved our stay at HIGH TIDE. It was the perfect place to enjoy all Nantucket has to offer. We were a 10 min drive or 20-30 min bike ride from most destinations- Beaches, Sankaty Lighthouse, town. It was the perfect place to unwind after a day at the beach or shopping in town. The kitchen was spacious and had everything we needed to cook meals at home. The outdoor dining was the perfect for morning coffee and evening dinners. perhaps the best feature was an outdoor pool with seating. Thank you……

“This home was perfect for our family. I rented this so my two grown children and their family could come over and enjoy Nantucket, plenty of space. We did have a car so getting to jetty’s beach, Bartlett Farm, town and Stop & Shop was easy. The front yard was great for the kids to play. The first night I noticed the outdoor shower in the backyard was broken. I assumed that for the week, we would not have an out door shower but when I let Mary know it was not working she had someone come the next……

“We had a fantastic stay at this rental! Charles, the owner, was incredibly welcoming—and meeting his sweet puppy Honey was a bonus highlight. The location was ideal, with easy access to the Nantucket Wave bus system, which made getting around the island a breeze. Inside, the home has a unique industrial-nautical charm that’s both stylish and cozy—thoughtfully designed with lots of character. It was a great experience from start to finish, and we’d absolutely stay here again!”

“Beautiful property. Manager was excellent. Great location. Close to everything but quiet. I would recommend a smaller car (we rented a 4 door Jeep and it fit in the driveway but was tight) but having parking that close to town was an absolute dream!! Truly lovely place!!”
