“Location was perfect, walked to property from the Hy-Line ferry with suitcases in about 5 minutes. House was as described and perfect for the family on the island for Wine Fest. We had a blast and would definitely stay there again.”

“We felt so lucky to find this place- it is a good location (we had friends close by) and it worked for our needs of home base/sleeping quarters for our family. It has everything you need for a lovely stay. There are 4 beach chairs and 1 umbrella, which is so helpful. The kitchen is simple and spacious, we didn't use it much but felt like we could easily have cooked in it and had everything needed. There's a grill too which is so nice to have. The place is circa 90's throughout; but clean! So……

“What turned out to be the best weather in early June my friend and I had a glorious time both tacking a puzzle at the house or walking to Edgartown center and shop and eat. Highly recommend this place and cannot wait to stay again!”

“The minute we set foot I took a nap which I never do. It was super clean, in a great little neighborhood surrounded by beautiful homes and we nestled into this adorable cottage. Plenty of room and all you need. A bit of a throwback in time as it’s very basic and simple and as an interior designer I’d love to revamp it a bit but I enjoyed the simplicity and authenticity. Would stay again. ”

“Beautiful property and perfect location as is about halfway between Town and southern beaches. We booked late so were not able to get ferry for our car, but no issues with biking and using electric scooters to get everywhere, avoided traffic and didn't need to worry about parking and our boys loved the adventure! My wife tends to be picky about properties, but she absolutely loved this one, highly recommended!”
