We have had poor experiences with chain hotels and looked to rent a VRBO that could accommodate my wife & I, our two children, and a grandparent. It is down a country dirt road and is behind a garage of sorts that seems to be associated with a venue rental on the property. We were in town for a funeral and she had a very sweet card waiting for us when we arrived. This was a haven away from all of the hustle and bustle that surrounds a funeral. “Well maintained, elegantly furnished house. Tons of outdoor living space. Our family really enjoyed the hot tub/jacuzzi as well as swimming and kayaking in the lake. The kids were extremely excited about the hammock and loft beds. The owners put a lot of time and effort into making the entire house an experience. The outdoor living spaces, especially were thoughtfully put together and provided. Definitely would stay here again.”
