“Check-in was easy once we contacted the host for the door code. It was not automatically sent by Vrbo. The home was cute and stocked well. My kids enjoyed playing board games. I like the convenience of luggage racks in the bedrooms. The backyard was fenced with no gaps for small dogs to fit under. The overall cleanliness could be improved. We used the oven and microwave for cooking dinner and both were pretty dirty. There were big black hairs in the sink. Scented plug ins were used and the……

“The front desk did not inform us about other amenities such as free breakfast or Wi-Fi until asked for. Upon arriving in our room, we were greeted by a roach. After complaining and switching rooms, there was no roach, but the fridge was stained with food stains and looked like it wasn’t cleaned for a while. The bedside USB charger was completely smashed and unusable. The bathroom/closet door doesn’t close all the way. ”
