“Clean and Cozy - [ ] We were in town for my sons birthday weekend whose at the Naval station. I have nothing but good things to say about our stay. Location was ideal - about 15 mins away in a safe area. I’m very particular when it comes to where I stay and this definitely met my expectations. Everything was within 5-15 minutes driving distance : target , Walmart , Starbucks , Dunkin’ and other eating establishments . Home was clean and had just enough of the necessities for the short stay……

“We enjoyed the stay. Cottage was cute and small. Not great if you are a light sleeper. Traffic noise was loud at times. We like it dark when we sleep and the house has shear curtains throughout. Bathroom is small and cute, with allyou could need. We had everything we needed nearby. Overall it was a nice stay.”

“Our five day stay at Gulf Beach Retreat was fantastic. The house was spotless and in a nice spot. Close to a lot of things but away from the city hustle. The owners are easy to communicate with and are very hospitable. The check in and checkout processes are easy. Highly recommend.”

“Extremely dirty and DANGEROUS. Drug deals going on all night. Cockroaches everywhere. No soap or towels. Front desk not staffed when we arrived. Called on phone for somebody to show up. Paint falling off walls, trash everywhere. The shower did work and the toilet did flush. Super creepy. This facility should not be marketed on Expedia for any price.”

“We had a wonderful room.It was very clean and spacious. The only negative thing was that the breakfast was very limited,but the fact that there was a waffle house on the property made it a lot better. The pool area was very nice and the staff was very accommodating. ”

“Gulf Coast Inn has a fresh coat of paint. The rooms have been remodled and the decor is light and coastal. Comfy beds and clean bathrooms. The pool is well taken care of and grounds are clean and free of cigarette waste. The maintenance guru Jerry is kind and puts a lot of Joy in his work. 20 minute easy access to Pensacola Beach. Waffle House is next door - so walking to breakfast was our go to. Our family will book again with other families! ”
