“Our family came down for my grandson‘s first birthday. The condos and the surrounding area were very clean. The pool was fantastic for a one-year-old. Everyone was very nice and we had a great time. The only thing that I saw that might need some attention are the front steps to our condo 17 . We will be recommending the Purple Parrot Resort.”

The house was beautiful inside and out with everything we might need. Owners were super responsive in their communications. Highly recommend!”

“Susan worked with us so that we could get in the house early to get ready for my son’s graduation. Very accommodating. Super nice. The location is close to the downtown area and the water. Not walking distance though but still close. I would recommend this house. There is also a very nice dog park right across the street. There looked like a small play ground for the little ones too. ”

“This is a beautiful home perfect for a small family. The check-in process was smooth and easy and the home is very clean. The beds are comfortable and the living room speace is great. It about a 20 minute drive to The Pensacola Beach, and 15 minutes from the Pensacola Bay Center. ”
