“Stayed for three days with my partner. Cabin is a small place with a bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom. The size wasn’t an issue since it was expected. You’ll maneuver yourself through if you’re a bigger person. It is next to a running stream that you can hear from the bedroom (very calming). Note: it is about 20-30 yards away from a main road, so any traffic that goes through there you will be able to hear. It wasn’t that much but it’s not a being secluded in the woods quiet.”

“Very clean house, nice kitchen stocked with snacks. We had a nice stay here. A chair needed repair but did not affect our stay, and the host assured us that the repair was already scheduled. Will likely use again next time we visit our daughter ”

“We absolutely loved Debra's place! It was the perfect setting for a weekend getaway. The cabin was well adorned and had everything we needed to relax and enjoy the amazing Lake Wallkill community. We felt like we were immersed in nature but at the same time we're close to Mountain Creek resort for biking and many stores/great restaurants. Being right next to the lake was great for enjoying sunrises and sunsets too and it was a quick walk from the front door. Debra was an outstanding host-her……

“This cabin is truly a hidden gem. Nestled on 45 private acres and right beside stunning waterfalls, it’s the most relaxing and peaceful place I’ve ever stayed. Perfect for a solo traveler or a couple looking to completely unplug and unwind. “Great spot with river view, lovely wooden interior for cozy cabin feel. Wood stove for a nice evening by the fire, but modern heating. Well appointed kitchen. Hot tub fantastic. Fire pit looks awesome but didn’t get to use. On a scenic road along the Delaware, 10 mins to port jervis restaurants and bowling alley memory lanes. “My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here and regretted not staying longer. This property is a really easy 1 hour drive from the city, in a great area that is the perfect balance of feeling like you’re surrounded by nature, but not completely secluded or remote. ”

“It was an adequate oddly arranged immaculately clean space. I would stay there again even though through no fault of theirs it was not what I was expecting. ”
