“The room was a bit too worn. The windows— the only ones- didn’t open very wide and one window didn’t open at all. Also the vanity mirror in the bathroom was broken. But the view was lovely.”

“Everyone was so accommodating and helpful. Especially the maintenance man he was absolutely great! The amenities, cleanliness, and accommodations were fantastic as well! Would love to stay back there, and highly recommend!”

“Loved the room, the amenities, location, and especially the harbor view. I regret that I didn't call ahead to make sure the sofa-bed was made up. Biggest problem was trying to find where to check in!! Seriously, this was not easy. No signage anywhere, and the check-in area was so insignificant, again with no signage, that I didn't know I'd found it. There was nobody there! ”

“The resort is excellent with great amenities. However I had a bad experience during check-in. I had booked a 3BR condo for 3 nights in May, all the way back in Jan 2025. Upon checking in, I was told that the 3BR condo is not available and I had to wait 15-20 mins and was provided a 2BR condo. I was also told that I would receive a refund for the differential amount. However after checkout I didn’t receive any refund after multiple follow ups. Thus folks beware about what you are booking and what……
