“We had a lovely 5 night stay here in March. We were in room 1. It was so clean and quiet, cozy yet there was ample room! The apartment is very cool—there’s a fun little upstairs nook (up a spiral staircase) and the most place has everything we needed. There’s a grocery store, pharmacy, and liquor store within 5 minutes. We rented a scooter and parked it on the property without any issue. The host was very responsive but also super thorough so I didn’t really need to reach out to them for……

“Property is a 5-7min walk to the beach. Not ideal if you need to work In Hamilton. Most restaurants are a bike or cab away. Sometimes difficult to get cabs, but Bus to Hamilton is a 3 minute walk(but you need exact change or ticket - was difficult to tell how much the ride was, I had a leftover ticket that worked). If you need to go to Hamilton by cab, it’s $25 each way and the cabs take cash (very few have credit card machines) Overall a really nice property for the price.”

“Excellent location if you are seeking a short walk to the beach (Long Bay) and amenities such as a pool. Excellent value for the amount of space (I was upgraded from a studio to full apartment) of the accommodation. Regrettably, dining options/grocery store were not within walking distance, however, the additional fee for the airport transfer (arranged by the host) included a stop at grocery store - which was extremely helpful. Overall, a nice stay; the only downside was not being able to……

“The studio was clean and the bed was comfortable. Malcom was great to let us check in a little early. It is a studio with a small kitchen, bathroom, table and bed. The view was amazing. The beach is across the parking area and down the steps. There is a pool on the property but we did not use it. The bus stops right at the end of the driveway. It is a quiet, not touristy part of the island which was just what we wanted. ”

“Resturants all excellent! Expensive! Transportation with in the island was difficult. Hitch taxi service was almost a scam . The price for a specific trip was listed as $14-16 . When it came time to pay they added an Extra $8 fee. $24 for a 5minute drive . Just didn’t seem right ”

“We had a wonderful stay at Ana and Carlos's quaint apartment. The description of the property is very accurate- it's cute, cozy and well-equipped; and it's good value in a country where accommodation costs are steep. The apartment is in a quiet residential area. The only sounds you will hear at night are the roosters that wander all over the island! Bermuda is beautiful and Bermudians are lovely - so friendly and warm. Use the terrific bus service to truly experience island life. We hope to……

“Our group throughly enjoyed our stay at Steven's place. The house was clean, well stocked with kitchen supplies, towels and the beds were comfortable. It is a short walk down the stairs to the private beach. We loved our stay. We rode the bus which stops right at the end of the driveway. We would recommend to anyone wanting a stay in a quiet not touristy part of the island. Steven he and his "team" were great and communicated before and during our stay was wonderful!”

“Only the water smells bad odor..but it was nice ”

“A bit of heaven it was! The view is exactly like the photo. The private beach down some steps was amazing. Bus stop at end of the driveway. It will take you from one end of the island to the other. Bus operators are so helpful. The apartments are on an hill as are most accommodations that have amazing ocean views! Each apartment is private. This one had lovely deck with chairs, lounges overlooking the ocean. A pool is a few steps away . .”

“Our trip was without a hitch from check in to check out. we had beautiful weather, the house was immaculate, the neighborhood quiet and the Islanders friendly as ever. Several of the taxi drivers even knew the "blue house" when we gave the address. The house was very well stocked with everyday items and we would highly recommend to all! Jim and Alexis”

“We just spent five days at Ben's house in Somerset and had a magnificent time celebrating my mother's 85th birthday. We were a group of 12 of all ages coming from different countries and the house fit us perfectly with everyone having their own rooms and bathrooms. Comfortable bedding and towels for all. There were perfect gathering spaces (veranda, indoor dining, outdoor dining and living room) for every type of weather and activity and we had room to be together and also to read and relax on……
