“The apartment was good. It was hard to find because most of the signs were covered in deep snow and the way the apartments are numbered makes it difficult to find. The room had everything we needed. I liked having a mini fridge, a microwave, dishes, and a TV with the capacity to stream Netflix. I was disappointed that there was not a kettle as advertised. The white sheets were quite pilly, and the pills were a dark grey with human hairs stuck in them. Some of the towels had stains. It was nice……

“When we got there - there were no sheets or a blanket or pillows for the second bed. No soap in the bathroom and missing a bath towel. The TV did not work - the remote had corroded batteries and there was a DVD player. Not sure if there was any reception or streaming available on TV. Kitchenette had coffee maker but no coffee filters. Doors were very thin and poorly insulated - could hear our neighbours and smell their incessant cooking day and night. There’s no take out in the area which was……
