It was a nice setup for two families with plenty of beds and bathrooms and a great open space for the kitchen and living room.The house itself was very clean and felt secluded despite being a quick drive from the bustle of New Paltz. The large deck had a great view of the river and the kids enjoyed the screened-in hot tub!Serg and his team responded quickly to my questions via the VRBO app and offered their help if we needed……

“Everyone loved our stay. The hot tub was even better than expected with the unexpected freezing temp and snow in April. House was clean and lake views were awesome. Plenty of space for families to spread out. We really enjoyed coming back to the warm and inviting space after our time at Legoland.”

“Stayed here as a family of 5 to go skiing nearby. Place is cute and our kids liked the bunk bed room.In winter, the house was really cold and drafty though (standing at kitchen sink, air blows cold onto one’s feet despite having heat on in the house). During our stay, the pipes froze so we didn’t have water for a period of time. The host was responsive and did send a plumber - however he ended up leaving the front door open when he left.. So when we came back to the house after a day out skiing,……
