You can fish off the back deck or watch the birds and enjoy the outdoors in comfort. You can also dock your boat at the private dock. You have all the comfort of home here right on the water. The only problem is you have to leave it when your time is up. We rode in the boat and explored the lakes and……

“We enjoyed this very pleasant house with a magnificent view of Caddo Lake. It has everything you need to feel at home; well appointed and comfortable bedding. Little touches that are nice: coffee pods, sugar, water bottles, welcome booklet with explanations and advice, etc. One detail that is not one depending on the constraints of each: the ground floor and the first floor are not connected inside, you have to go through the stairs outside.”

“3 couples stayed at the house which was conveniently located to our brother ”

“Great Place!!!! The house was awesome, perfect for kids. Our kids didn’t want to even go out in the boats they wanted to stay and play at the house. A slide, jump platform, floats and a lily pad! They have plenty of room here for everyone and an extra cabin on the property that you can also rent out. They have multiple boat slips and tires on the post so you can get easily tie off other boats without worrying about them hitting the side. The host was very helpful and answered every question……

“Had a lovely time at Sanders Lodge. Plenty of space inside and out to spread out, the lake is much more beautiful in person than the pictures give it credit. I wish that we could’ve stayed longer. ”

“What a great place to stay! The property has been updated and was clean and about 5 minutes from two different boat ramps on Caddo Lake. Plenty of parking for multiple vehicles and a boat. Highly recommend!”

“The Gator Den was such a blast! Absolutely a beautiful property, so many perks and amenities. Easy to park, walking distance to Tuckers boat launch, and the owners are incredibly helpful. 5 21 year old women were able to have fun comfortably and celebrate our friend getting married. The only suggestion I could even add is a curtain to cover the sliding glass door bc it is very easy to see in at night. Other than that, it’s a perfect place to stay!”

“This was a work trip for our employees. We are doing an electrical job for a customer in this area. We had an extended stay and the property was always clean and perfect for what we needed. Will be using this property again if we are in the area. ”
