“極失望的一間酒店，來之前所有評價都說早餐是可以於房間內享用，但來到第一晚前台女職員說因我是經由Hotel. Com預訂，不是由他們公司預約，所以不能，只可在酒店餐廳進食，此已令我十分不滿意，在哪裡預訂對你們有分別嗎？。在最後一天，我們還未醒來，前台不斷打電話要求我們將車子交還，有租車公司來取車。十分奇怪，我們租車是直接交還機場的。於是我還穿著睡衣跑到前台了解後，原來根本不是我的租車公司，你們可以問清楚才通知客人，核對清楚車牌，為何一朝早嘈醒客人。所以前台職員根本不負責任，事後連一句不好意思打擾了你都沒有，簡直氣炸。”
