“We had an amazing stay at Viroths. The location is perfect, beds are comfy and the service is great. “Everything was perfect. The location is a bit off, yet with modern technology, it’s very easy to locate. And there is tuktuk waiting outside. It’s also walking distance to the pub street. “It was an unpleasant journey. Firstly, facilities are old. Secondly, bath room looks dirty. Thirdly, the sound insulation is very poor that I can’t sleep at night. Most importantly, the waiter of the restaurant on 5/F asked strange questions on the way when delivering drinks to my room. I didn’t expect a hotel staff would ask whether me as a customer has boy friend and whether I am coming with my family and friends. I feel extremely unsecured, afraid and disappointed.
