“My stay was exceptional. Upon arriving earlier than check-in; the manager offered luggage storage, an efficient system with identification tags. She let me use the bathroom and even offered to allow me to use the shower if I needed. Once checked in, the room was very clean. I spilled coffee on the bed sheets, and once I told them, they offered to change the sheets and did. The bathrooms are very clean. “這酒店對我來說非常完美, 你需要的一切都有, 有健身房, 泳池, 非常近MRT, STAFF很友善, 酒店設施非常User friendly, 房間內的插座適用各國的插頭, 而且數量很多, 帶什麼都足夠CHARGE電, 床也舒服, 房間隔音也好, 唐人街內各式各樣的食店, 表演節目應有盡用, 唯一不滿是廁所透視, 如果是家庭旅行要想想辦法, 這價錢絶對超值.”

“We arrived around 1am and the security guard welcomed us and helped us with the bags up to the 3rd floor. So nice and helpful. The staff made a lovely light breakfast and were so welcoming. The staff arranged a car for us to return to airport. This is a hostel but they really offered excellent service!”
