“Amazing views! Large porch with nice furniture to have morning coffee and early evening drinks! A bit hard to find but if you look for the pictures Tatiana posted you should be good! We were also there during Hurricane Erin and Tatiana checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed. She also let our daughter stay an extra day when her flight was cancelled. Overall a great experience!!!!!”

“I have stayed here a few times since 2014 and it has always be amazing. The owner is great, the property management company is very accommodating and ready to help with anything and answer any questions. Everything is pristine and decorated beautifully. Location cant be beat, taxis, restaurants, shopping, tours etc. The balcony view is my favorite in the entire resort.I will definitly be back. ”

“Location! Location! Location!I cannot get over how convenient and beautiful this place is. Providing a beautiful view of the pool And beach. Not to mention all the amenities inside the condo and the surrounding area. From necessary basics such as updated functioning appliances down to some thoughtful details like extra sun screen, aloe vera gel tha the cleaning staf made sure to leave out for us, even a pack and play for little ones. “Great location, 10 minutes walk to the center of Cruz Bay, restaurants and shops. Although the way back is a continuous steep climb, however the difficult journey is compensated by other advantages of the villa.The Starfish Market, E&C Gas/Service Station and trash containers just 5 minutes drive away. “On 6/21/25 we were coming from a 5 day sailing trip in the BVIs and forgot to read the “instructions” so we took a taxi at the ferry terminal. The driver had no idea where the house was. I called the landlord and he gave him directions and finally he found the house.It was a very hot afternoon when we arrived to the property.
