The owner was very helpful; he and his wife have worked hard to create a charming cottage (along with camper accomodations below) on the far south side of St. John near Salt Bay Pond. “This was our first trip to the USVI and on a whim we chose Water Island. It did not disappoint! The property was perfect, and what a view! We enjoyed the back patio in the morning to watch the sunrise and see the cruise ships roll in and in the evening we had tortoises visit and just enjoyed the breeze. “This is a lovely property. It is private and well stocked. The outstanding view from the deck, especially at sunrise, offsets the 86, slippery when wet, steps to get to the cottage. The location is get. We are partial to the Coral Bay area. So, this was a great find.”

“We have been all over the Caribbean and have rented all over St John in multiple properties. This rental is an incredible gem, the views of the sunset and glittering St Thomas are spectacular. Minutes from beaches, grocery, Cruz Bay there is no better location on the island. “We enjoyed our stay and exploring St. John. We had been a little apprehensive about staying in Coral Bay, but we found it peaceful and convenient. Several local markets met our needs and a couple of restaurants were casual and had good food. The apartment was unique and the builder had taken care and pride in the design and workmanship.
