“The house was exactly as advertised and perfectly situated between the less-touristy sides of the Island. We were there for the National Park experience primarily, and the house's location was a short distance to all things interesting: hiking, snorkeling, bars, and grocery stores. The driveway is a bit daunting, particularly without back-up cameras in a lot of the rental vehicles, but it is doable. The large patio is meant for sipping cocktails and every possible cooking utensil was there.……

“We had a great trip to St. John and an overall positive stay at this property. The cottage was clean, well-located, and had most of what we needed. We appreciated the use of the cooler, beach chairs, and beach towels. A few small additions like extra trash bags or a laundry basket would have been helpful, but nothing that took away from the trip. Overall, a good place for a laid-back island stay.”

“Absolutely lovely home in a gated villa with fully stocked kitchen, private pool / sun deck and comfortable couches, screened in porch and king size bed! Host checked in with us over the app, check in / check out process was very smooth, and they even provided beach chairs, towels, sunscreen and bug spray for us. Great location up the hill (8 min drive) from restaurants, bars and the ferry dock. Would highly recommend!”

“We stayed at the end of March 2025! First, the host is top notch! She will give you all the advice you need for planning your trip! Take it and do your own research as there is soooo much to do within your limited time there. Also, Bob the grounds keeper is very friendly and helpful too! Location: you’re on Coral Bay, super convenient for those looking for adventure as you can access the whole island from the less populated side of the island and skip traffic heading to the north side beaches.……

“We have been all over the Caribbean and have rented all over St John in multiple properties. This rental is an incredible gem, the views of the sunset and glittering St Thomas are spectacular. Minutes from beaches, grocery, Cruz Bay there is no better location on the island. The hosts have been on the islands for decades and are a font of excellent information and respond very quickly to inquiries. The house is incredibly taken care of with a whole house generator so you are never……

“This is a beautiful home. The bed super comfy. Everything was clean, new, the host and manager were very accomodating. The view is spectacular!!! The road up is a little daunting, but i managed. I was happy we rented a car, but i saw a taxi pick up people.P soneighbo”

“Tommy was great to work with. Loved being able to walk to the beach. Great for sunsets. Cottage worked great for us. Note that there is no view from the cottage. It’s tucked away. If you’re looking for a place with a view this is not it. Also note the Peter Bay beach is small (narrow). Great for sitting in chairs. Not great for swimming (too rocky). But this worked for us. Enjoyed our stay.”
