Das Personal, insbesondere Ilias, war stets freundlich, zuvorkommend und lösungsorientiert (er hat zum Beispiel persönlich nach Mitternacht auf uns gewartet, da wir bei der Anreise eine deutliche Verspätung hatten) – wir fühlten uns rundum bestens betreut. Die Sauberkeit im Hotel war beeindruckend, die Putzfrau war unglaublich nett, fürsorglich und hat alles stets sauber hinterlassen. Das Trinkgeld hat sie sich mehr als verdient.
