“While driving to our destination for a family reunion I was searching for the door code that was not on my confirmation email. Now an hour after check-in time I finally reached the host and she said "Oh I canceled you"! I said no, no you did not. I have a confirmation email and the funds were withdrawn from our account. She kept saying "No I canceled you, the roof is leaking". Then she proceeded to tell me to call VRBO to cancel and hung up on me. I could not get ahold of VRBO and the virtual……
