“We stayed for a week in June. The view CANNOT be beat, simply amazing. The extra land was great for the kids to run around and have fun. There was a snack basket and some little games left for us which was very thoughtful. We were allowed to host family who were vacationing nearby with no issues. I did have a few issues, one was that it took two days before the nauseating smell of cleaner went away. It was so strong!! “Overnight here was perfect for us! A private yard to walk the dogs, comfortable bed and clever NY vintage farm house decor was just what we needed! We arrived after dark and the lights were on for us, very kind. ”

“Owner was quick, responsive, and friendly with correspondence and questions prior to and during our stay. She gave us good recommendations for restaurants as we were new to the area. The inside of the rental was tidy and modern, nicely decorated with basic provisions provided. We were comfortable.The location is in an older neighborhood that could benefit from continued investment/revitalization.”

I appreciated the binder left on the entrance table with all the things to do in town, tips, etc. Bedrooms are very nice. Big mirror in the master. The treats in the kitchen were a very nice gesture:) overall I would 100% stay here again if we are ever back in Erie.”
