“Nice comfortable house. We had everything we needed. Very clean and comfortable with two nice outdoor seated areas. Great location too. Lots to do nearby. One thing to mention is that the listing says it sleeps 10 but the pullout sofa is on the side indoor patio which you can’t sleep in during cold weather. So some of our party had no other place to sleep but the couch which is right next to the kitchen.. Also, the hot tub is a jet powered tub in the bathroom, not a hot tub. ”

“14 of us went to visit my son at RPI for a football game. Loved the property. Back yard was beautiful and completely fenced in! Room for our corn hole game and we could even go into the basement with it when it rained. View is beautiful across the street from the front porch, enjoyed my coffee there. Plenty of space for every to sleep and we even got 9 people on the couch it’s so big. Would rent again!”

He was beyond generous with his time and with his home and all the amenities offered inside and out. The home itself is incredible. We can imagine that their neighborhood is full of fun, sun, and activities in the summertime but when we visited in October, it was a perfect autumn escape.
