We had at least 3 of the young employees ask if they could help carry our things to our room, they were wonderful, very polite and friendly! We love the Plaza, it’s a beautiful old building with beautiful fixtures. One of the best parts is the full kitchen!”

“We had a really good time at this hotel . It was very cozy and clean. When we arrived, the bedroom was very nicely decorated. We also found a welcome gift on the kitchen counter. The location was perfect right in a heart of Lake Geneva. The lobby, had free, coffee ,soup, and snacks for the hotel guests. Our stay included daily breakfast, which had great variety of freshly made food.. We would definitely go back to this hotel in the future.”
