“Great location”

“Great location, Allison was outstanding to work with, if we come back next year for the College World Series I hope we can stay there again. The apartment is well equipped and looks new.”

“The hotel was super clean and we truly appreciated the Happy Hour and free Taco Dinner! After a long day of traveling it was so nice not to have to stress about dinner. The staff was so friendly and inviting...it was a great time! We would definitely stay again. ”

“The location and neighborhood are old and the area isn’t attractive, but it’s probably the safest in downtown due to its proximity to the large count justice complex across the street. The owners/hosts are in the middle of some major renovations to make the apartments fresh and updated (and they’re lovely). The outside needs a facelift & the parking lot needs tidying, but I have no doubt this will all be done by next year when we come to the CWS next year.”

“The photos accurately reflected exactly what we found inside this simply appointed rental. What we didn’t expect was the sort of vibe or energy we felt from the moment we parked. We found ourselves describing it as ‘romantic.’ The building’s freshly painted exterior is pleasing and it’s easy to see the potential as we walked through the currently being updated/remodeled hall up to the well marked front door. “My stay overall was wonderful, very peaceful. But when we arrived the co host was very rude with his way of words.”

“Very small which was ok and expected. Chair in pictures (sitting chair for reading etc) was not there. Entrances were confusing. Back door seemed the most logical because that is where we parked. No number on it. And we didn’t see the front door (no number on it and it was not the same color as the front doors we could see). Almost fell going in back door. Be careful. Required to wash dishes (no dishwasher) and take out trash. We were there for college World Series. Good location for that. Air……
