“Great location, near shopping, restaurants, and the mall at the riverfront. Lovely condo. Quiet. Easy access. Only suggestion would be to replace the bar stools with counter height stools. Hard to sit at the kitchen counter.”

“The property is beautiful and the location for our Creighton family weekend was perfect. More importantly, the property manager was both super responsive and extremely flexible. Our best experience to date, and that is saying quite a lot. The unit itself is incredibly well done, and features socially responsible products. The security of the electronic keys was very easy once we got the hang of it and I appreciated that the tv is set to log out any of our info used to stream. Truly well thought……

“The location and neighborhood are old and the area isn’t attractive, but it’s probably the safest in downtown due to its proximity to the large count justice complex across the street. The owners/hosts are in the middle of some major renovations to make the apartments fresh and updated (and they’re lovely). The outside needs a facelift & the parking lot needs tidying, but I have no doubt this will all be done by next year when we come to the CWS next year.”
