“Absolutely loved the location with short walks to the beach, pool, shopping and restaurants! Was very clean and had bikes in the garage. Can’t wait to book another trip!”

“We absolutely loved the carriage house! It is a beautiful and private space with plenty of room to stretch out and the small kitchen was a added bonus. The included covered parking and close proximity (about a block) to Camp Watercolor was great! We loved the walking the property and have been fans of Watercolor for a long time and would definitely stay again at the carriage house with it's access to all the Watercolor amenities.”

It was close to many things and was just perfect for us. The hosts were very kind and helped us understand which part of the beach the wedding event we were attending was located. “This listing was great. Perfect location to the beach and the main strip shops/restaurants. The property was clean and as describe. The host was easy to work with. The steps to the bedroom are tricky to walk up if you are pregnant or you have trouble walking but you get use to it. Overall, 5 star! ”

“We had a great stay. The bikes were so nice to have. It was so nice to have so many restaurants, the pool, and the beach in biking/walking distance.”

“This property is in a great cozy little corner of the Sunset Villages community that is super close to the beach, downtown, and pool. The house is clean and well appointed. The beach was a bit crowded but so is almost anywhere spring break Rosemary Beach. The owner was responsive, nice and very helpful. Would recommend.”

“Awesome place and location have to stay there! ”

“This is a wonderful place to stay. My mother and fiance both have bad knee, but they were both able to walk to the beach.. The grandkids love the pool even though it was a tad chilly mid October. Very nice place with plenty of place within walking distance to many places.”

“We just loved our stay! Easy check-in/check out procedures, great communication with the owner, clean, plenty of bath towels, quick and easy access to the beach, kitchen had everything needed to cook meals…I could go on and on. Definitely plan to stay here again! ”

“Always carriage house was perfect! We enjoyed the area and beaches so much. It was just gorgeous and loved how everything we needed was right there. Only had to hop in the car to go to Publix which was so convenient. Can't wait to visit again!”

“Summerhouse was great. Nice rooms and kitchen. Nice staff. CLEAN. Some outlets didn't work and the main toilet was broken when we got there. Everything was fixed promptly! I would definitely stay here again.”
