“The apartment was exactly as described. Everything was clean and the unit is well equipped. Christa was really responsive. The coffee machine broke down the first morning and someone came to pick it up within 15 minutes, and a brand new machine was purchased and installed 30 minutes later. Great customer service!”

“I arrived in the middle of the night, half asleep and couldn't find the place. Mandy responded to my middle-of-the-night phone call and made sure I got into the place okay. I was in an unfamiliar place and hadn't rented Loft 108 before. I was was relieved that I didn't have to sleep in my car overnight and impressed by her attentiveness as a host. “We had our annual extended family get away here vs staying in northern MN or Wisc. We all enjoyed how close it was to our actual homes (MPLS and St Paul) and were impressed with all the amenities, like towels, soap, toilet paper. Past experience we’ve had properties that only leave you one roll of toilet paper (example). The fire pit was wonderful and the host responsive when we had a request. We would definitely come back again! ”
