“Inn keeper was so accommodating, gave us plenty of ideas for fun in the Lake Winnipesaukee area, The Ballard House has been featured in the Yankee Magazine, a lot of history. Beautiful back deck with outstanding view of mountains.”

“The communication with the host was smooth and on time. Check-in and check-out process went just fine although we forgot to empty the dishwasher which was on the list. Sorry! Location is very nice and quiet, there are a lot of trees outside which we like. The actual apartment was cozy and clean but definitely due for renovations or at least some updates. Everything is working fine but you can tell this is an old building. I wouldn't call this an incredible guest house because we have been to……

“Everything was perfect! Home was clean and supplied with everything and very organized. Incredible location for hiking Franconia and Mt. Washington. Host responded very quickly. Will definitely stay again! Excellent in every way!”

“We loved staying at the farm! The house itself is very clean and cozy. Our kids had an amazing time hanging with the animals and bouncing on the trampoline. The property has so many charming surprises, like the chairs by the brook in the woods and the after dark fairy garden. We would recommend it to anyone!”

“Older home that sleeps up to 6. Bedroom and half bath in main floor. Loft bedroom and fill bath upstairs has a double bed and two twin beds. Very clean and quite comfortable for a weekend or extended stay. Convenient location just off the Main Street through Bethlehem, NH- easy drive to surrounding communities or popular attractions. ”
