“We had a GREAT weekend!!!!!!!!!The place was immaculate, with so many supplies. Most peaceful place we have ever been to. Loved the hot tub, fire pit, kitchen and the ability to come with our 2 little dogs.”

“Lots of fun for the girls. Down by the river. Around the fire at night. Swimming in Mifflinburg and going to Chilly Willy’s for ice cream. ”

“The check-in was very easy, we received the code before leaving and punched it in when we arrived and had no issues. The fireplace in the living room had a remote, and you could set the thermostat from the wall. It is a great location, a very quiet spot in the woods, we even saw deer in the back yard, but also close to town and local events. The kitchen has everything you need, and the bed was very comfortable. It was the perfect blend of rustic with all the modern conveniences.”

“We stayed in a cabin so my comments only apply to our experience there., The property is very pretty, there is a pond or two, a shuffleboard course, a mini golf course and a playground or two. There was a pool but it was closed when we were there (late Sept). The two small issues that I would bring up are 1) the showers seem to be either completely hot or cold but nothing in between and 2) mattresses in the cabins are a bit stiff. Not a problem for us but it may be for others. ”

“Amazing property and great spot to hang out for the weekend. We cooked our meals since restaurants were 20 minutes away but kitchen had everything we would need. Short drive to great state parks and would stay there again!”

“Wonderful property. Close to Bucknell University and a great place to stay for school events. I highly recommend it. ”

“Overall, it was a great stay. Location was perfect for a weekend of relaxation and fishing. The refrigerator was dirty so we opted to not use it along with one of the comforters on the bed. I emailed the property manager and received a quick response. Outside of that, it was great!”

“The cabin was cozy and secluded - a great way to spend our anniversary! The weather wasn't great, but we were only 15 minutes from our favorite antique mall, and we spent the time at the cabin watching old movies on VCR, reading, and just relaxing on the porch. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen had all the necessities we needed. ”

“We spent two nights to enjoy a full day in the state forests. The cabin was very clean. It's exactly as pictured. A small space with a couple beds and a table. The showers are a 2-3 minute walk from the cabin, or a shorter drive. The check-in/check-out process was very easy.”

“We had a wonderful weekend in this spacious cabin for Susquehanna's Graduation. Only complaint was the lack of mirrors in the upstairs bedrooms. We had multiple people getting ready at the same time and there was only 1 mirror (in the bathroom) on the second floor. Easy fix! We would stay here again.”

“This cozy house is only 10 minutes from Bucknell but feels nestled in the woods. Just the right amount of space for our group of 4 adults. Main floor has 2 bedrooms, one full bathroom and an open kitchen/dining/living room space that accommodated a group of 12 for brunch comfortably. Oven worked great. My bad back didn’t love the queen bed in the master suite but no one else complained. Didn’t get a chance to use the fire pit or hot tub but they looked nice. Would recommend it if needing a……

“Such an amazing property with gorgeous views. Would not recommend this place for people with mobility issues as the stairs, especially going downstairs, are extremely difficult. I actually found it easier to go out the front door and walk around and use the basement door to get to the lower level than use those stairs. The location is remote and very peaceful. The river was clear, shallow and amazing. The firepit was also amazing. Loved sitting on the porch swing and listening to the water with……

“This Mountainside Cabin was everything promised, peaceful, very clean, spacious, plenty of supplies, nice walking trails, near by state land. The host was very responsive and helpful. we will definitely be booking for another visit. ”

“Property is exactly as shown - a cozy cabin tucked in the woods. The cabin is tastefully decorated and all conventional items were available. Property was immaculate. Perfect quiet getaway for two adults.”
