“We had previously stayed in a different unit in this complex. We were very happy with the other unit and we understood what the set up was like. We were going to Mohegan Sun and the location is very convenient.I was sent notifications that I needed to verify my identity. I needed to submit a license,a photo and either a 15 fee if I chose to have them hold money on my credit card or a 35 fee if not. “Wonderful stay. Very quiet, spacious, comfy bed, nice soft sheets. Surprisingly private. Great location right across from clubhouse, and very close to Inn. Only disappointment was not being able to use the fireplace. Also if more than one night, may need to ask for more towels. Only 3 provided. ”

“We have stayed at this exact property before (2 years ago), and we have stayed at the condos at The Spa at Norwich Inn several times over the years, and we like the area and the amenities. This unit is well-configured for a group of 4, but it is starting to look more worn and less well-kept than 2 years ago. The property manager texted before our arrival to let us know that the keypad was not working and that we could use a coded key box to access the unit, and it worked out fine. Another time……

“You can definitely invite your whole extended family here! Comes with a plethora of beds, tons of places to chillax. Extra rooms and outdoor space give you the ability to get away and have some peace, quiet and alone time. Kitchen has the basics. Large kitchen, easy to cook in with more than one person.
