“We LOVED this cozy but spacious cabin inside the park in Wawona. It is the perfect combination of great amenities with a rustic mountain feel. The house has 5 bedrooms, PLENTY of space for our family of 5. The large open living area offered lots of cozy hang out space, and the ping pong table in the garage was a HUGE hit with our 3 kids - they spent every free moment out there. “Along The River was the perfect home base for our family trip to Yosemite. The cabin sits at the end of a quiet street and the back deck offers pretty views of the river. There is a little beach area for kids to play. The cabin itself is nicely decorated, updated and immaculate. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. The cabin is 30 minutes to Tunnel View and 45 minutes from Yosemite Valley. One tip for travelers - make sure you bring your own shampoo, soap, etc. I hope we can……

“This place is excellent they have everything you need. Coffe,plates,cutlery, extra blankets. The surrounding area is beautiful and quiet. ”

“Overall we were impressed with the overall condition, cleanliness and amenities, dog area was even clean. Home was off main roads and consistently quiet, dog area had high fences that allowed dogs to enjoy the outdoors/wildlife but were safe. Wife fell in love with the heated bathroom floors. “Being able to stay in the park and beat traffic was very important to us and the home is in a perfect location. We were visiting the park as part of a birthday trip for my mom's 70th and this home provided the perfect amount of personal space as well as comfortable areas to gather. Check-in/out was really easy as well!”

“We enjoyed our stay at the rental very much, it was very clean, well equipped and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again. A couple of things to keep in mind, as the description says there is no a/c and it can get pretty warm in the summer. We opened the windows in the mornings and evenings which helped quite a bit but something to keep in mind nevertheless. Also, no internet. This made it difficult to keep in touch when some of us were backpacking and came off the trail a day early.……

“Perfect house for our family vacation. Not only was it so nice being close to Yosemite valley but this house was so comfortable. Several vacation homes have cheap furniture. Not this one. The couch was so cozy and the beds were really comfortable”

“Upon arrival key pad was not inputted with my phone number code so needed to contact property manager. It was 9pm & no cell service so it was difficult & frustrating. After getting cell reception down the street the Property manager did show up quickly to let us in.”

“It was great staying at this house! There were 6 of us, 4 adults and 2 kids, and there were plenty of room for everyone to relax, cook, and eat. The kitchen was well-stocked with cookware, utensils, and even some spices, tea, and coffee. The bathrooms were amazingly clean and showers had great water pressure and warmed up quickly. It was a great place to chill after a long day at the valley. ”

A good hotel for Yosemite tour

"We didn't prepare the snow chain and bought it at the hotel. Because we didn't use it eventually, we could return it to the hotel and being charged for a restocking fee only. It's a good service. There's a Deli in the lobby, so the foods is easily to get. A nice restaurant is also available but a bit expensive. The entire atmosphere is good. "
